Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, maintaining an organized sales pipeline, conducting coaching sessions, and upholding the dealership’s performance metrics. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
