All American Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Midland is hiring an Auto Sales Representative to guide customers through selecting vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget. You will present options, explain finance and purchase terms, and maintain relationships to generate lifelong customers.

You’ll stay updated on product knowledge through training, use store systems to track prospects, and work toward ambitious sales goals in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase to create the best buying experience.
• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using the store’s management system and stay organized.
• Attend product and training courses to stay current with offerings.
