Job summary

Williams Toyota of Sayre is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an outstanding buying experience.

You will join a motivated team, receive paid manufacturer training, and benefit from hands-on coaching and career growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced Automotive environment.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a TEAM.
• Previous Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Sales License required or ability to obtain one.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their Automotive and vehicle shopping needs
• Greet customers in the showroom and on the Dealership lot
• Build relationships with customers through strong communication and follow-up
• Guide customers through the Automotive Sales process from start to finish
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and financing options
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Maintain prospecting and customer follow-up systems
• Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately
• Stay current on Automotive products, services, promotions, and industry trends
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments
• Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale
• Support Dealership goals and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
