Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to engage customers, showcase vehicle features, and meet sales targets. The role offers uncapped commissions and a training period with guaranteed base pay, supporting you as you learn the sales process.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Tech-Savvy: CRM tools, email campaigns, social media, and online sales platforms.
• Time Management: Managing multiple leads, appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Attention to detail and organization: remembering preferences, tracking deal details, or following up on a lead.
• Empathy: understand and relate to customers' needs and desires.
• Problem-Solving: think on your feet and offer solutions that help customers.
• Patience: build trust and avoid pressuring potential buyers.
