Woodhouse Auto Family is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will engage with customers, present vehicle features, and guide buyers through the decision process in a fast-moving, supportive environment.

Expect uncapped commission earnings and a training period with guaranteed base pay. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Saturday schedule and a weekday off, offering a path to advance within a respected Wisconsin dealership.

Qualifications

• Attach an updated professional resume.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug screening).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the right vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and industry trends.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
