Learn our inventory and financing programs, work with our finance team to close deals, and follow up with leads. Expect a 40-hour week, Sundays off, and strong pay through base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• No formal sales experience required; two years of customer-facing work preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help customers get into a vehicle they can count on.
• Explain the process with patience and honesty; avoid high-pressure tactics.
• Learn inventory and financing programs, and our customer base.
• Collaborate with the finance team to close deals and move them across the finish line.
• Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and own your numbers.
• Hit goals and earn competitive pay through base plus uncapped commissions.
