Job summary

Easy Auto Chattanooga is hiring a Sales Representative to build a real career in a family-run dealership group that focuses on financing solutions for every credit journey. You’ll help people get into reliable vehicles and powersports with patience and honesty.

You’ll receive a guaranteed base pay of $5,000 per month plus uncapped commission. Average reps earn about $100,000 a year, with top performers at $140K+. Expect 40-hour weeks, PTO, and full benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer-facing work preferred.
• No sales experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with powersports/motorcycles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help real people get into a vehicle they can count on.
• Walk customers through the process with patience and honesty.
• Learn our inventory, financing programs, and customer base.
• Work with our finance team to finalize deals.
• Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline in our CRM.
• Hit your goals and be paid well for exceeding them.
