Easy Auto Murfreesboro is hiring a Sales Representative for a real career, not a revolving-door job. We’re a family-run dealership group that helps people get into reliable vehicles or powersports with smart financing options.

You’ll enjoy a guaranteed $5,000 base per month plus uncapped commission. Average reps earn 100k+ per year; top performers 140k+. Expect 40-hour weeks, Sundays off, and real PTO, plus full medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer-facing work (any industry) is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience with powersports and/or motorcycles (even just as a hobby) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help real people get into a vehicle they can count on
• Walk customers through the process with patience and honesty (no high-pressure tactics; that’s not how we do it)
• Learn our inventory, our financing programs, and our customer base inside and out
• Work hand-in-hand with our finance team to get deals across the finish line
• Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and own your numbers
• Hit your goals — and get paid well for blowing past them
