Easy Auto Murfreesboro is hiring a Sales Representative who wants a real career — not a revolving door. We offer a guaranteed base pay of $5,000 per month plus uncapped commissions, and our average rep earns $100,000+ per year.

Typical weeks run about 40 hours, Monday–Friday 10:00–6:00 and Saturday 9:30–5:30; Sundays are closed and you have another day off each week. We provide PTO, holidays, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; two years of customer-facing work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help real people get into a vehicle they can count on.
• Walk customers through the process with patience and honesty.
• Learn inventory and financing programs inside and out.
• Collaborate with the finance team to close deals.
• Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and own your numbers.
• Hit your goals and enjoy strong pay for exceeding them.
