Qualifications

• No sales experience required; two years of customer-facing work preferred.
• Experience with powersports and/or motorcycles preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help real people get into a vehicle they can count on.
• Walk customers through the process with patience and honesty.
• Learn inventory, financing programs, and customer base.
• Work hand-in-hand with the finance team to get deals across the finish line.
• Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline in CRM, and own your numbers.
