Job summary

Puente Hills Toyota is actively seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our dealership team. You will greet customers, present vehicles, and explain features, benefits, and financing options while delivering high-quality service and building rapport.

Toyota experience is a plus but not required; a clean driver's license and a motivated attitude are essential. We offer competitive pay with medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan with matching, and opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years automotive sales preferred.
Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the showroom or sales lot and offer assistance.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
Explain product performance, features and benefits to prospects.
Describe optional equipment and financing options to customers.
Build rapport and perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and progress.
