Nissan of Lithia Springs in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our World Class sales and management team. You will train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales force while maximizing profitability on every deal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years successful Automotive Sales Management or three years solid proven sales track record if currently a salesperson seeking advancement.
• Strong work ethic with ability to achieve desired results.
• Strong leadership skills and assertiveness in dealership sales operations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends; automotive industry passion is valued.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales force.
• Develop a creative and successful strategy for every sale.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the entire purchase experience.
• Ensure that deals, paperwork, and data are completed according to local standards.
• Maximize profitability on each deal.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
