PARC Auto is hiring in Nicholasville, Kentucky for a fast-paced, high-volume store leadership role. You will drive revenue, set sales strategy, and own the P&L while coaching a top-performing team in a retail environment backed by an established brand.

You bring a proven sales record, leadership experience, and a hunger to earn through performance-based pay. Automotive background welcomed; we’ll train the product and rely on your drive to exceed targets and deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading a team and driving performance.
• Motivation to earn through performance-based pay.
• Automotive background is highly preferred, training provided for product knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems or shop management software; Tekmetric a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue - Build and execute sales strategies, hit and exceed targets monthly.
• Lead the Team - Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing crew.
• Win Every Customer - Set the standard for customer experience and turn walk-ins into loyal clients.
• Run a Tight Shop - Oversee daily operations and keep store running at peak efficiency.
• Manage the P&L - Understand costs, control margins, and grow profitability.
• Build the Culture - Create an environment where top people want to work and stay.
