Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and supervises the new- and used-vehicle department managers.
• Projects annual forecasts for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits.
• Sets annual/monthly objectives for sales teams and reviews performance.
• Monitors inventory levels, pricing, and compliance with display standards.
• Develops ongoing sales training and supports staff growth.
