• 3–5 years auto sales experience; management preferred but not required.
• Strong CRM knowledge; VinSolutions experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coach and motivate a team of sales pros to hit monthly goals.
• Hold sales meetings, product knowledge sessions, and closing training.
• Identify top performers, set clear expectations with accountability.
• Maintain a positive culture aligned with the Lenz identity.
• Understand CRM workflows for lead management and follow-up.
• Support negotiations and deal structuring with customers.
• Ensure a professional customer experience in-store and online.
• Review leads, calls, and opportunities for speed to customer.
• Verify pricing and delivery information is accurate.
• Assist showroom presentation and vehicle delivery coordination.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance updates to ownership.
