Job summary

Team Chevrolet Cadillac Mazda is seeking a sales professional to respond to high-volume internet leads by email, phone, and in person. You will help guests select vehicles, share industry knowledge, and aim for top satisfaction. Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required.

The team provides in-house training and clear career paths with opportunities for growth and advancement, including a 90-day training plan and incentives during the first months while you ramp up.

Qualifications

• Customer/Client facing experience is required.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity of social media, email, and basic office programs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
• Assist guests in vehicle selection and provide industry knowledge.
