Job summary

Courtesy Chevrolet is expanding our Internet Sales Department in Phoenix, AZ and is looking for motivated, experienced automotive sales professionals to join our team. You will drive online sales, engage with inquiries from online leads, provide personalized assistance, and guide customers through the digital purchasing process.

Average commission is $667 per vehicle sold. This is a full-time, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage internet leads and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform online sales activities to achieve automotive sales objectives.
• Identify and contact potential customers for vehicle purchase opportunities.
• Schedule daily customer appointments (phone, text, email) and make Courtesy vehicle product presentations.
• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
• Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan from your supervisor.
• Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers in reviews and customer evaluations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Attending sales training and educational programs for professional development.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies with your Sales Managers and determine sales goals.
