You will build relationships, present features, guide customers through the process, negotiate pricing, and work toward dealership sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and create a friendly, positive first impression.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Showcase vehicles, explain features and benefits, and help customers find the right fit.
• Guide customers through every step of the sales process, from the initial conversation to vehicle delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, present financing options, and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, product features, and industry knowledge.
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development.
