Capital Ford of Lillington is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle and create a memorable buying experience. You will build lasting relationships, guide buyers through the full process, and work toward personal and dealership goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Applicants with prior sales or customer service experience and a valid driver's license are encouraged.

Formación

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to the dealership and create a friendly, positive first impression.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Showcase vehicles, explain features and benefits, and help customers find the right fit.
• Guide customers through every step of the sales process, from the initial conversation to vehicle delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, present financing options, and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, product features, and industry knowledge.
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing
