Job summary

Heiser Chevrolet of West Allis is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to start a sales career with paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to earn based on performance. You’ll learn Chevrolet vehicles, features, our sales process, CRM, and dealership operations while building relationships with customers.

No prior automotive experience is required. You’ll start at $18.00 per hour for the first 60 days of training, then transition to a commission-based plan with increased earning

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn product features and adapt to a sales process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicle needs.
• Build relationships via in person, phone, text, and online.
• Demonstrate Chevrolet features and technology.
• Conduct walk-arounds and test drives.
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom customers.
