Kunes Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking energetic Automotive Sales Consultants with no prior automotive experience. You will learn everything you need while helping customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle and guiding them through demonstrations and test drives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, and protection products.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay informed on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and industry trends.
