Fairfield Automotive Partners is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to build lasting customer relationships and guide buyers through vehicle selection. You’ll showcase features, discuss budgets, and promote protection plans while collaborating with the Finance team to tailor payment options.

Formación

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales is preferred.
• Competitive drive with a heart for customer care.
• Availability to work retail hours, including Saturdays and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License; clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features and accessories.
• Identify customer needs and budget, and present vehicle options that fit.
• Promote vehicle protection plans and financing options.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer and collaborate with Finance on options.
• Manage customer interactions and internet leads using the CRM system.
