Qualifications
- At least one year of sales experience preferred
- Energetic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality during objections & pricing discussions
- Clean & valid driver’s license required
- Background check to employment may be required
Responsibilities
- Approach, greet, and assist customers in showroom or sales lot
- Help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening
- Explain product performance, options, and benefits
- Describe optional equipment available for purchase
- Build rapport and conduct high-quality presentations/demonstrations of vehicles
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company process
- Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities
