Holman, a family-owned automotive services group, seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant at Audi Raleigh to help customers find the right vehicle and ensure a positive buying experience.

You will build rapport, explain features, conduct test drives, and assist with paperwork while staying informed on inventory and promotions. A strong customer focus and basic sales tools experience are preferred. This is a full-time role with competitive wages and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related customer service roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete paperwork.
