Qualifications

• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in automotive sales or a leadership role.
• Experience in a sales management role; proficient in analyzing data to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and maintain a quality sales organization.
• Hire sales consultants and conduct initial training on dealership systems and product knowledge.
• Schedule regular training sessions to reinforce sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Negotiate trade-in deals with customers while maximizing profitability.
• Stay informed about inventory, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
• Monitor and manage daily sales operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with service to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.
• Establish and enforce policies prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Establish appraisal guidelines and standards for sales consultants.
