The role includes securing financing options and closing sales with follow-through on warranties and services. The ideal candidate has 21+ years, a clean driving record, a high school diploma, and proven automotive sales experience, plus strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean and valid driving record for past 3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Describe vehicle features and demonstrate operation of the vehicle.
• Arrange test drives with customers.
• Negotiate price and trade-in value for vehicles.
• Close sales by overcoming objections; complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; offer services, warranties, and financing options.
