Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our dynamic, high-volume dealership team in Joliet, IL.

As a Sales Consultant you will determine customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, present financing options, and strive to exceed quotas while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time, in-person role with competitive pay including commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to sell a minimum quota.

Responsibilities

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate new and used vehicles (includes test drives).
• Deliver new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, and benefits to customers.
