Qualifications

• Must pass factory tests and become a certified salesperson.
• Understand federal, state and local laws governing retail auto sales.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate new and used vehicles including test drives.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain features, warranty and paperwork.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain an owner follow-up system.
