Qualifications

• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Proficient with CRM software and time management.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have or be able to obtain a California Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through introduction of brand and vehicle, highlighting features and benefits.
• Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences for a vehicle, and provide expert advice.
• Demonstrate vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Negotiate prices and finalize sales contracts, including trade-ins and financing options.
• Provide excellent guest service and build rapport to foster repeat business.
• Utilize CRM to maintain records of sales activities and provide management with data.
• Attain monthly sales quotas as designated by company expectations.
• Deliver an exciting and engaging experience for guests.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
