Job summary

Jim Norton Chevrolet in Tulsa, OK is seeking enthusiastic sales associates to join our automotive sales team. No experience required as we offer a strong training program to help you grow a successful career in car sales.

As part of our team, you will learn about products, demonstrate features to customers, and guide them through test drives and financing options while aiming to meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in vehicle selection.
• Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Attend training and stay updated on new vehicle models and promotions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
