Job summary

Treviño's Auto Mart is seeking a Car Sales Associate to help customers choose vehicles, explain features and financing options, and guide them through the purchase process. The role involves greeting clients, presenting the dealership's vehicles, and answering questions in person and by phone.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and is willing to work Saturdays and weekdays. 1 year of sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership and discuss their needs.
• Showcase vehicles and explain features and warranties to customers.
• Answer questions about cars, financing, and purchase process in-person and by phone.
• Collect customer information and documentation.
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers.
• Follow up with fresh and past leads via calls, texts, and emails.
• Engage on social media and perform outbound calls to generate referrals.
