Job summary

Gettel is seeking an automotive salesperson who will follow our proven sales process, utilize the CRM for all customer interactions, and deliver excellent customer service. The role emphasizes adherence to policy, professional presentation, and proactive prospecting to drive dealership profitability.

You will participate in training programs and work within a structured environment that supports growth in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto sales or related field preferred.
• Interest in automotive industry and a desire to develop a career in the field.
• Ability to follow structured sales processes and use CRM tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Gettel University’s sales process as taught.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service per dealership guidelines and manufacturer requirements.
• Prospect and document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Complete all delivery checklists and arrange first service appointments after sale.
