Job summary

Ben Davis Chevrolet and Ford is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultants. You will help customers select and purchase vehicles, with comprehensive training and support from management to succeed in a commission-based environment.

The role offers an $800 per week guarantee during the first 60 days for entry level sales, monthly bonuses, weekly pay, and a path for advancement, along with medical and life insurance benefits.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select and purchase vehicles, bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day!
• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle in inventory that meets their needs. Great listening skills are important.
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present sales pricing and complete paperwork
• Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat/referral business
• Prospect for new customers
