Job summary

The Automotive Retail Salesperson at Bridgestone Retail Operations is a dynamic, sales-focused role delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone. You will meet and exceed customer needs, promote our auto services, and coordinate with technicians to set clear appointment times.

Pay is $16.52 to $25.82 per hour. We offer competitive benefits, paid time off, on-the-job training, ASE certifications, and a supportive team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
