Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, driving sales and coordinating service appointments. You will promote products and services, ensure accurate transactions, and strive to meet or exceed customer needs in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Pay range is $16.52 to $25.82 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the Bridgestone network.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
