Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone. The role focuses on meeting customer needs, promoting services, and coordinating with technicians for service appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers about sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver\'s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
