Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, promoting our products and services. You will drive sales, build relationships, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes energetic, customer-focused communication and a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
