Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs.
• Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process.
• Manage a cash drawer; process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation.
• Direct the workflow in the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow store opening and closing processes and manage day to day paperwork.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding store employees and writing work schedule.
• Coach and develop employees to achieve store and personal goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management processes.
• Ensure the facility is well-maintained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
