Qualifications

• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team; act as manager on duty in absence.
• Champion the 6-Step Sales Process to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor sales, labor, and expenses; support P&L management and performance metrics.
