Belle Tire in Noblesville, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will mentor the team, lead as the manager on duty, and help deliver a premium customer experience in a fast-paced tire and automotive service store.

This hands-on leadership role covers inventory, scheduling, vendor relations, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example and foster accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee daily store functions including scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Analyze sales and expense reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote Belle Tire's culture and customer-first mindset.
• Lead the 6-Step Sales Process and engage with customers to close sales.
