Sheehy Auto Stores in Richmond seeks a friendly, professional Receptionist/Cashier to greet customers, take payments, and support dealership operations. You will serve as the first point of contact and help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a respected auto group with many locations, you will handle cash and card payments, issue receipts, and direct inquiries to the proper Service Advisor while upholding professional standards and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling cash and processing payments
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug test

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, guests, and employees
• Process customer payments by cash, check, and credit card
• Calculate customer bills and process repair orders using the dealership's computer system
• Accurately issue receipts and provide change when needed
• Reconcile cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shift
• Direct customer questions and concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor or department
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, integrity, and poise
• Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
