Zusammenfassung

Sedgwick is hiring for a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage. You will analyze and process auto property damage and lower level injury claims, coding accurately and maintaining documentation.

You’ll develop plans to meet deadlines, pursue subrogation, and communicate with insured, clients and brokers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and state licenses where required, plus strong communication, analytical, and team skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant licenses as required by state regulations.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and PC literacy.

Aufgaben

• Processes auto property damage and lower level injury claims with proper coding.
• Develops action plans to meet deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and handles salvage.
• Communicates claim action with insured, client, and agent or broker.
• Maintains professional client relations.
• Performs coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims.
• Performs other duties and supports quality programs.
