Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage to analyze and process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims. You will assess damage, code files, and communicate with insured and clients to move files toward timely resolution.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred), familiarity with personal and commercial lines, strong communication, and proficient PC/Microsoft Office skills. You will work in a team and support quality programs while meeting deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred; licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; PC-literate.
• Analytical, interpretive, and highly organized; strong interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to meet service expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Process auto property damage and lower level injury claims, document files and code per policy.
• Develop action plans to meet state deadlines and move files to resolution.
• Identify subrogation opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintain professional client relations.
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims.
• Support the organization's quality programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
