Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Effective communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook.
• Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep new and used vehicles for delivery in pristine, customer-ready condition.
• Respond promptly to requests from cashiers or team members.
• Drive vehicles carefully and conscientiously.
• Catalog and secure vehicle keys; stock inventory.
• Keep the lot neat and display vehicles per management directives.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and dealership grounds.
• Clean interiors and exteriors of vehicles (trunk, compartments, tires, windows).
• Ensure correct stickers and tags on all vehicles.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• In winter, clear snow/ice and assist in plowing and salting lots.
• Inspect new inventory from transport.
• Stock new and used vehicles.
• Walk the lot at close to ensure vehicles are locked and secure.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
