Webb Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter for a full-time role in Northwest Indiana. The position focuses on maintaining clean, customer-ready vehicles and supporting a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will prep vehicles, assist with lot organization, and ensure accurate display stickers while working with a friendly, team-driven staff in a family-owned dealership. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and drug screen must be passed.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for delivery with pristine appearance.
• Respond to requests from cashiers or team members.
• Drive vehicles carefully and conscientiously.
• Catalog and secure vehicle keys.
• Keep lot neat and display vehicles per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and grounds.
• Clean interiors and exteriors of vehicles.
• Ensure correct stickers and tags are displayed.
• Safely operate all tools and equipment required.
• In winter, clear snow and ice; wash vehicles; plow/salt lots.
• Close lot with a walk-through to confirm vehicles are secured.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
