Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of APD claims adjusters and provide strategic oversight.
• Develop and upskill your team members.
• Handle a small pending of your own complex physical damage claims.

Key Skills Required:

• 2+ years of leadership experience ideally within the physical damage space.
• A background within personal lines physical damage claims adjusting.
• Must hold a TX Adjusters license.
• The ability to be successful whilst working fully remote.

Whilst this position is 100% remote, you must be based in PST or MST time zones to qualify. The budget is flexible depending on years of experience, with a bonus and full benefits package on top.
