Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking skilled and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Odessa. You will expedite incoming and outgoing freight, focus on receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, loading and shipping merchandise, and process inventory with safety and precision.

As a Warehouse Associate you will stand, lift up to 60 pounds, and operate warehouse machinery according to safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to maneuver heavy equipment using hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Time management skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Strength to lift and move merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
• Work independently and accurately to complete assigned duties in a timely manner.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
