Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to oversee initial signage setup and merchandise inventory layout for Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts stores. The role ensures a professional, uniform, and appealing appearance across locations.

You will inspect stores, design layouts, and lead a team of store staff and representatives in displays and signage during remodels or new openings. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Review company set-up manuals based on store specifications.
• Design individualized plan to optimize signage and front counter inventory layout.
• Visit stores to inspect appearance and perform updates as needed.
• Supervise a team of staff in store displays and signage for remodels/relocations/new stores.
