NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager across all store functions and maintain active customer-facing sales responsibilities. You will oversee counter sales, inventory, delivery coordination, housekeeping and other operations while coaching team members to ensure standards and continuity.

The role offers a development pathway to becoming a Store Manager, with overtime hours scheduled as needed and keyholder responsibilities opening/closing the store.
