Job summary

Auto-Wares Group is hiring a Store Manager for Auto Value in Fenton, MI. The role leads daily store operations, guides staff, and drives customer service excellence.

You will train team members, maintain inventory, and ensure a high standard of service in a busy automotive parts environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership and automotive parts experience, a flexible 45-hour work week, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience for at least 2 years.
• Must have automotive parts experience of at least 2 years.
• Must be available to commit at least 45 hours per week.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store with clear, positive leadership and use all available tools.
• Train staff by implementing processes from the Employee Handbook.
• Uphold company values and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Represent the company and create positive customer experiences with every interaction.
• Develop deep knowledge of parts and services offered.
• Facilitate team sales and operations meetings.
• Build rapport with local customers and promptly address inquiries.
• Ensure store appearance is clean and organized, and manage daily operations.
